We take breaches of copyright and intellectual property very seriously indeed and we ask you to refrain from downloading or publishing our images, either whole or in part, without seeking permission. We also ask you to credit us if quoting from our reviews. Failing that, we will and do follow up any breaches of our copyright with legal action.
If you would like to use a photo from the site and you are a blogger, please email us on hello@eatherenow.co.nz explaining which image you would like to use, what the purpose is and whether your blog carries any advertising – we love supporting independent bloggers and usually allow photos to be used as long as they are appropriately credited and include a link back to this site.
For all commercial uses – including websites, restaurants or other media – please be aware that we charge NZ$250 per image for a one-year licence. Please email us on hello@eatherenow.co.nz explaining what the purpose is and where you propose to use it. If we find that you have published our photos without permission, we will invoice you for the above amount.
Please be aware that we only licence images when we are confident the images will be used in a manner that is sympathetic to Eat Here Now, so permission may be refused.
