At Eat Here Now, we’re pretty obsessive about oysters. Most Saturdays, we buy a couple of dozen from Lisa and Andrew Hay at Mahurangi Oysters and then rush home to shuck them. They keep nicely in the fridge, too, so we have a constant supply. So we decided we’d throw an oyster party with our friends Revolution Wine and Michael Lett. We’ll have freshly shucked oysters to hand and plenty of Marlborough sauvignon blanc thanks to to the kind folks at Revolution, so we’d love to see you – tickets are limited to 50 people.
